Option 1

You can pay us in full by depositing the full amount within 24 hours in cash or electronic transfer into our bank account within South Africa. Please use your name and arrival date as the reference. Any cheque deposits and/or money orders etc will require 14 days to clear. Any transfers from outside of South Africa must be free of any bank commissions or transfer fees. No booking will be confirmed until the funds have cleared. Proof of deposit must be sent to us.

NB – If making an International payment, this is not the best way to pay as it could cost you two to three times more than the actual room cost.

Option 2

You may pay the full amount by Visa, Master or American Express credit card prior to arrival. You must sign our credit card authorisation form. Any payments for a third party will attract a 5% administration fee. 

Transactions will reflect payment to Highwinds CC.

Option 3

You may give us your credit card details to secure the booking and pay in cash on arrival. Any payments for a third party will attract a 5% administration fee. You must sign our credit card authorization form. Payment will only be put through on the credit card should you not arrive or cancel. Payments will be as per our cancellation policy. A $1.00 clearance amount will be charged.

Transactions will reflect payment to Highwinds CC. In peak times you may be required to pay the full amount upfront.

Option 4

You may click on the BOOK NOW link provided and book via the NightsBridge booking site. This is all done by credit card on a secure financial page. The balance is then payable in cash or credit card on arrival. The deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is received after 24 hours before arrival you will be billed for the first night. In peak times you may be required to pay the full amount upfront. You will be required to supply the credit card CVV numbers on a separate e-mail. This will in no way be linked to the credit card details.


If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, 50 percent of the total reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of no show 100 percent of the total reservation will be charged.

Pre-payment: 50% of the total reservation may be charged anytime after booking.

Office Hours

Our office is open from 08h00 to 22h00

Booking in time: 15h00 (if the room is available you may be able to book in earlier)

Booking out time: 10h00 (We need you out of the room - you may use the facilities until your bus/train/plane leaves)

If you are arriving before or after the office hours you must please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can organise the staff to stay on.

Booking ahead is advisable. Once payment has been received we will e-mail/fax confirmation to you. No reservation will be made prior to full payment as per the options below has been received. Should you take longer than 24 hours to pay for your services, you must please phone us prior to paying your money into our account to confirm availability. Refunds will attract Bank fees.
